Welcome to Sudarshan Décor. Sudarshan Décor returns policy helps your return the items purchased on Sudarshan Décor for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Once the packaging is opened the product will not be liable for return.
The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions possible

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
Self-Ship: We don't offer return pick up. In such cases, we will adjust the credit with the next order. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service. Shipping cost will be considered as per standard delivery charges within city not more than Rs.150/- for 1 shipment.
Part 3 - General Rules for a successful Return
Your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original item which will be payable by you or refundable by Sudarshan Décor.
We don’t offer exchange option; you will need to return the product and place a fresh order for the new item you are willing to purchase.
Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’
Sudarshan Decor will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Sudarshan Decor would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
Sudarshan Decor shall reserve the right to restrict return of the items purchased on Sudarshan Décor, if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Sudarshan Décor’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
